Bookkeeper Duties:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues - Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections - Manage tax-related activities, including filing tax returns and maintaining compliance with tax regulations - Assist in budgeting process by providing financial data and analysis
Experience:
- Experience as a bookkeeper or similar role - Proficient in Quickbooks and Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets) - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and procedures - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Strong organizational and communication skills
